Food Lovers Fat Loss System

I have been using the Food Lovers Fat Loss system for one week now (check out my intro post) and I am really liking it. I like that it teaches you to make small changes every day that will add up to a healthier lifestyle. It’s not a “diet” per say, but a way of looking at real food and making sure that you are eating the correct foods in the correct amounts at the correct times. Plus I’ve lost my 1.5lbs for the week so it works too!

Fat Loss Plate

One of the biggest things that you need to learn to be successful on this eating plan is how to make a fat loss plate. The photo above shows you three combinations of foods that you can put together to create a fat loss plate.

For me, I’ve had a bit of trouble remembering what’s a fast carb and a slow carb. I think when I first started out last week that I may have also had some troubles figuring out the right proportions of food too. Luckily, the FLFLS has an online version that I got access to last week too.

Food Lovers Online is the online version of the program. It has everything that the printed material has, but it’s online. There is also a free app that connects to the online version to help you keep track of you meals while away from home.

The online eating journal has really helped me figure out the proportions and combinations of foods a lot easier. You can just type in the foods you are about to eat (always do it before hand so you eat the right amounts) and it will give you immediate feedback on whether or not you’ve created a fat loss plate.

I love this immediate feedback and it has helped me stay on track in the last week.

  1. OK – you did it. I signed up for the free trial! I was a bit overwhelmed by all of the “add-on” screens, but since money is tight I didn’t select any of them. Thanks for posting about the online option – I just never wanted to commit to the infomercial product. I’ll let you know if I actually stick to this for the 3 weeks… :-)

    • Sorry I didn’t go through the whole process. I just saw that it said that you could cancel at any time…no contract. So it’s worth a try. Hope you like it!

  2. Interesting program. Thanks, I will look into it more when I have time.
